There are a number of phrases used to describe this. At an international, national organisational level it is usually described as Greenhouse Gas Emissions reporting. Nationally DECC is responsible for keeping and updating an inventory and statistics on climate change.
Businesses and organisations can do the same and DEFRA provides some useful information and guidelines to help reporting. Lincolnshire Councils annually report on their emissions.
